Peabody Man Who Robbed Banks While Out On Bail Back In Custody
32-year-old Kenyatta Brown is accused of committing a string of bank robberies in Lynn and Salem while out on bail.

PEABODY, MA -- A Lynn District Court judge revoked the bail of a Peabody man who is accused of robbing several banks on the North Shore. Kenyatta Brown, 32, of Peabody, turned himself in after being named as a suspect in a December bank robbery in Lynn. After committing a second robbery while out on bail he committed a second robbery, a judge agreed to send him to a drug treatment program. Brown left the program and has been charged with robbing a third bank, also in Lynn.
Investigators also believe he may have committed two other robberies in Salem over the past 10 days, according to the Salem News, which first reported this story. Lynn Police arrested him on Saturday when he was recognized by an officer.
