Peabody Police Nab Dine-And-Ditch Suspect

A Lynn man is facing accusations that he ran out on a $39 bill at the Century House.

PEABODY, MA -- Peabody Police issued a summons to a 24-year-old Lynn man who is accused of running out on a $39 tab at the Century House Monday night. The summons charges Claudy Exama with defrauding an inn keeper. Police responded to a call from an employee at the restaurant who said a black man in his twenties had just run out of the restaurant towards the Northshore Mall at 10:36 Monday, according to the Peabody Police log.
