Peabody Light Power Restored In Lowell Street Area
The Peabody Municipal Light Plant said crews were able to solve the issue and clean up the damage early Friday afternoon.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody Municipal Light Plant crews restored power to an area near Lowell Street for about an hour early Friday afternoon.
Peabody Light said at about 1 p.m. they were aware of the outage near Lowell Street, extending into portions of Brooksby Village.

"We have identified the problem and are working to clean up the damage and get power restored," PMLP said at 1:05 p.m.
PMLP said they reactivated the circuit at about 2 p.m.

"Power is restored and we are monitoring the circuit to be sure it is stable," PMLP said Friday afternoon.
