Peabody Seeks Input On Parks, Open Spaces

The city is developing a five-year plan on how to maintain and protect its open spaces.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody is looking for feedback on the future of its parks and open spaces.

The Recreation and Open Space Plan being developed will guide the city's actions in maintaining, protecting its open spaces, parks and recreational resources over the next five years. The plan will also make the city eligible to apply for state grants.

"Your survey answers will help the city identify opportunities for significant, long-term preservation and improvements that provide the greatest benefit to people who live, work, and play in Peabody," officials said. "Your input is essential."
