Peabody Voters Back Biden, Trump In Super Tuesday Presidential Primary

Donald Trump bested Nikki Haley in the Republican primary by a margin that somewhat mirrored the state average.

PEABODY, MA — President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump were the top preferences among Danvers voters in Tuesday's Super Tuesday primary in results that
somewhat mirrored the state margins.

In unofficial results, Biden won the Democratic vote with 4,282 votes. Finishing second was "No Preference" with 427 votes.

In the Republican primary, Trump received 4,347 votes with Haley second at 1,648 votes. Trump's margin of victory was larger in Peabody than it was statewide.

Voters also chose state party committee men and committee women, as well as ward committee representatives on Tuesday.
