Happy Greek Easter: Peabody Woman Wins $1 Million On Family Gift Scratch Ticket
The winning $1 million ticket was bought at Convenience Plus on Main Street in North Reading

PEABODY, MA — Despina Nirgianakis said that she and her family typically buy scratch tickets together on holidays.
This past Greek Easter, that tradition paid off in a big way as one of those tickets was a $1 million prize winner.
The Mass. Lottery said the Peabody woman was a recent winner in the "$10,000,000 Bonus Wins" instant game.

Nirgianakis chose the one-time payment and will receive $650,000 before taxes.
She bought the ticket at Convenience Plus on Main Street in North Reading. That store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
