Police Chase Leads To Brief Peabody High School Lock Down

PEABODY, MA — Police ordered a lock down at Peabody High School around 9:30 am Friday morning after a man fled from his vehicle on foot during a traffic stop on Lowell Street. Police caught Ryan Hussien, 27, of 148A Washington Street in Peabody, on Borubon Street about 15 minutes ordering the lock down. Hussien was charged with driving a vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense; failing to stop for police; resisting arrest, subsequent offense; and disturbing a public assembly.
