Friday, Sept. 19
At 3:18 p.m., the animal control officer investigated a dog bite complaint on Lowell Street.
At 3:53 p.m., police investigated a report of shoplifting at Macy’s. Police arrested William Mejia-Delisle of Manchester, N.H., was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

At 5:09 p.m., police investigated vandalism on Gallant Road. A man riding a skateboard apparently smashed mailboxes on Gallant Road on Sept. 18.
At 6”08 p.m., police investigated a minor motor vehicle accident on Andover Street. No injuries.

At 7:07 p.m., police issued a verbal warning for a stop sign violation at Washington and Sewall streets.
At 7:44 p.m., a teacher at Carroll School on North End Street reported a suspicious man talking to himself in front of the school. An officer spoke to the man and the man told him he had been talking on his bluetooth because he gets better reception at the school.
At 8:22 p.m., police investigated a minor two-vehicle crash in area of Sewall and Molten Streets. No injuries.
Saturday, Sept. 20
At 1:11 a.m., officers driving in the area of Boston and Essex streets on the way to assist Salem Police, came upon a man with a pitchfork wanting to fight with another man.. Peabody and Salem officers quelled the dispute between the two men. Both men taken into custody.
At 5:26 a.m., officers restored the peace at a loud party on Ethel Avenue.
At 7:30 a.m., police investigated reports of two motor vehicle break-ins on Blaney Avenue. Both vehicles were rifled through. A pink phone charger was missing.
At 9:55 a.m., police investigated reports of a traffic hazard at Peabody Memorial High School on Lowell Street. The traffic signal by the entrance was not working.
At 11:04 a.m., officers issued citations for red light and no sticker violations.
At 11:34 a.m., a party walked into the station to turn himself in on a warrant. Garrett T. Dooley, 24, of Norwood, was arrested on outstanding warrant for malicious destruction of property and destruction of property under $250.
At 12:03 p.m., police investigated an incident in area of Duddy’s Liquors on Newbury Street. James Kallelis was taken into custody and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, child endangerment and leaving the scene the scene.
At 12:24 p.m., officers investigated complaints of a speeding vehicle on Bartholomew Street.
At 12:26, a party called officers to report he recovered his motorcycle. BIke cleared as stolen.
At 12:53 p.m., police investigated reports of a two-vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries.
At 1:43 p.m., a party called to report he found a bag with Oxycodone at Northshore Mall. Officers documented 17 pills.
At 3:49 p.m., police investigated reports of a motor vehicle break-in on Blaney Avenue. Tools and Hitachi framing gun missing.
At 6:17 p.m., police investigated reports of an intoxicated woman on Garden Road. Woman transported to an area hospital.
At 7:18 p.m., police investigated reports of a group of children shooting BB guns.
At 8:36 p.m., police investigated reports of a motor vehicle breakin in the area of
Washington and Dalton streets. Homeowner chased man to Washington Street. Police arrested Nicholas C. Moutsoulas, 36, of Peabody, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a Class C drug and two counts attempting to commit a crime.
At 11:03 p.m., police investigated a number of fireworks complaints on MacArthur Road. Police received over 30 calls.
At 11:14 p.m., police investigated reports of a car into a pole on Lynn Street . The driver was transported to an area hospital.
Sunday, Sept. 21
At 11:14 a.m., police issued motor vehicle citation warning for stop sign violation on Prospect Street.
At 12:24 p.m., a caller on Pierpont Street reported that another driver threw a steering wheel into his drivers door.
