At 2:11 p.m., police investigated reports of shoplifting at H&M. Kristen Scali, 24, of Medford, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

At 6:32 p.m., police investigated reports of a disturbance at the Marriott Hotel. Front desk clerk reported a fist fight in the rear employee parking lot. Two men were gone when officers arrived.

At 7:33 p.m., police investigated a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street. Paper exchange.

At 8:28 p.m., police received reports that a vehicle at the Jade on Bourbon Street struck a mirror on another motor vehicle and fled. Police found the suspect in the Sam’s food mart parking lot, and the vehicle was found on Lowell Street. John J. Fiore, 56, of Nahant, was charged with operating under the influence, 5th offense, and leaving the scene of property damage.

At 10:11 p.m., police investigated a two-vehicle accident on Lynnfield Street. Both drivers were transported to area hospitals.

At 10 :47 p.m., police arrested Aurelio Loureiro. 55. of Middleton, on Lynnfield Street, for operating under the influence of liquor, fourth offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Saturday, Nov. 1

At 12:31 a.m., police investigated a disturbance on Gardner Street. Reports of loud music and possible house party. Jevaun A. Jacques. 23, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

At 2:08 a.m., reports of a purse stolen and then recovered at Paddy Kelley’s on Washington Street. Bank card and other cards missing.

At 8:46 a.m., walk-in at police department requests breathalyzer due to the fact that her in house breathalyzer is malfunctioning.

At 10:40 a.m., neighborhood dispute on Lowell Street. Neighbor yelling.

At 11:56 a.m., larceny investigated at South Congregational Church. Woman had her black Coach wallet stolen containing, $80, credit cards and social security card.

At 12:27 p.m., a tractor-trailer truck struck a pole at Wakefield Distribution Systems.No injuries.

At 3:54 p.m., police investigated a motor vehicle accident on Bartholomew Street. Citation issued to operator following to close, failure to use care when stopping.

At 6:59 p.m., larceny reported on Jackson Avenue. Party reported theft of approx $10,000 in jewelry.

Sunday, Nov. 2

At 10:11 a.m., break and enter into a motor vehicle on Ledgewood Way. Rear window broken, no entry into vehicle.

At 11:20 a.m., police investigated a motor vehicle accident on Andover Street. No injuries.
