Sunday, June 28
At 2:46 p.m., shoplifting at Sears. Matthew Kuch, 25, of Gloucester, arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
At 3:17 p.m., shoplifting at Sears. Marissa L. Orlando, 20, of Gloucester, arrested for shoplifting over $100 by asportation, receiving stolen property over $250. John P. Thibeault, 22, of Gloucester, arrested for shoplifting over $100 by asportation, receiving stolen property and malicious destruction of property under $250.

At 5:10 p.m., motor vehicle stop in area of Turnpike Car Wash on Newbury Street. Felipe Dossantos, 25, of Malden, arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and motor vehicle equipment violation.

At 6:06 a.m., motor vehicle stop in area of Andover Street and Sylvan Street. Marcos R. Suave, 24, of Peabody, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Wednesday, July 1
At 4:55 p.m., motor vehicle stop in area of Winona Street and Monson Drive. Anderson S. Gofferman, 25, of Peabody, arrested for operating after license suspension. Vehicle towed.
Friday, July 3
At 1:54 a.m., arrest in area of Proctor Street and Oakland Street. Caller reported that a person in the driver’s seat of a running van was unconscious with what appeared to be a needle in their arm. Thomas D. Jayroe Jr., 33, of Salem, arrested for operating under the influence of drugs.
At 11:49 p.m., suspicious activity in the area the YMCA on Lynnfield Street. Reports of a man walking down the middle of the street with a saw. Additional calls stated he was stopping and blocking vehicles. David S. Delauri, 23, arrested for assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
