Private Eye, Food Throwing, and Road Rage: Peabody Police Log

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious car on Normandy Drive on Thursday, Feb. 2, and found the driver was a private investigator. Police told the private investigator to register with the police department before working in the city.
Jairon Fuentes, 33, of Lynn, was arrested on Feb. 2 on charges of unlicensed driving, no inspection sticker, and an equipment violation.
Someone reported food thrown on his car on Foster Street sometime overnight earlier this month, and noted that this was the third or fourth time it happened.

Police arrested Kevin Anthony Bovell, 39, of Peabody, on charges of six counts of assault with a dangerous weapon after officers responded to a report of a man on a bicycle waving a firearm around on Route 114 on Feb. 2. Officers found a BB gun on the bike.
Jacqueline S. Tsesmelis, 51, of Peabody, was arrested on Feb. 3, after police responded to a hit and run in front of the Northshore Mall. Tsesmelis was charged with drunken driving, leaving the scene of a property damage, and marked lanes violation.

A Northshore Mall store reported an uncooperative shoplifter trying to break his restraints on Feb. 4. Police arrested Ismalia Bobb, 38, of Lynn, on charges of shoplifting, malicious destruction of property, and possession of a burglarious instrument.
John J. Mooney, 63, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness on Feb. 4.
A driver reportedly threw hot coffee on another driver's lap at a stop sign during a road rage incident near the intersection of Johnson and Lowell streets on Feb. 4, around 7 p.m. Police took a report of the incident, but neither party wanted to pursue charges.
Jenell Marie Thames, 34, of Salem, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property, giving a false name and social security number, possession of a burglarious instrument, and a warrant after police were called to Victoria's Secret on Andover Street on Feb. 4.
Officers transported a person to Salem Hospital after they were found sitting naked in the lobby of a multi-family home on Foster Street on Feb. 4.
Alan Thomas Olivole, 36, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, and malicious destruction of property on Sunday, Feb. 5, around 1 a.m., after officers responded to Ellsworth Road on a report of a person slashing tires.
