Summer Concert Series Kicks off Sunday

Peabody’s 19^th annual summer concert series kicks off  from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday with Beantown Swing Orchestra, featuring American Idol finalist John Stevens.

Other concerts from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sundays in the summer are:

• Sunday, July 17 – North Shore Acappella
• Sunday, July 24 – Classic Tracks
• Sunday, July 31 – Overdrive
• Sunday, Aug. 7 – We Are America
• Sunday, Aug. 14 – Lee Hawkins Band

All concerts are held on the Leather City Common, Lowell Street, downtown Peabody.    

In case of rain, concerts will move to Peabody City Hall’s Wiggin Auditorium.
