In partnership with the Northeast Chapter of the American Red Cross, the YMCA of Metro North is proud to announce its upcoming blood drive at the Torigian Family YMCA on April 28, 2024.

Cara Green, Executive Director of the Torigian Family YMCA, emphasized the critical need for community support, stating, "Now more than ever, we urge all healthy individuals to step forward and donate blood."

Every 2 seconds, someone in the U.S. requires blood or platelets, and current blood supplies are alarmingly low. The Red Cross appeals to the Peabody community to join hands in this life-saving endeavor.
