1 Dead In Dual Motorcycle Crash On 495
A 29-year-old Wareham man is dead and another man, who left the scene but was later located, was injured.
WAREHAM, MA — An East Wareham man is dead after an early Wednesday morning motorcycle crash, State Police said Wednesday night.
Police responded shortly after midnight to a crash between two motorcycles on 495 North just prior to Exit 2 in Wareham. The two Endure-style motorcycles were traveling northbound when they collided.
Jordan Pina, 29, was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, where he died. The operator of the second motorcycle fled after a Plymouth officer came upon the scene, police said. That operator, a 47-year-old Wareham man, was located and transported to Rhode Island Hospital for injuries he suffered in the crash.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
It is the second fatal crash on 495 in the past few days.
