2012 Plymouth Senior Center Community Feedback Survey Printer-Friendly Version
In preparation for the official opening of the new Plymouth Senior Center, and as part of our effort to achieve National Senior Center Accreditation, the Friends of the Council On Aging has funded a town-wide survey to understand the current/future needs and interests of Plymouth seniors, their caregivers and interested others. Surveys will be mailed to a random sample of citizens in all Plymouth neighborhoods the week of May 14. In addition to the mailing, surveys will be available at key locations across town such as supermarkets, municipal buildings and community centers. The Stonebridge Club, Overlook Clubhouse and Winslowe’s View Post Office will each have paper copies of the survey. The council asks that only one survey per household be submitted.
Additionally, the survey will be available online at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PlymouthCOA . Links to the online survey will be available on Town of Plymouth website www.Plymouth-ma.gov and the Friends of the Council on Aging site www.fpcoa.org The Board of Directors, the staff at the Senior Center, and town officials welcome the participation of members of this vital community as we move forward together making “America’s Home Town” a great place to live for citizens of all ages.
