ARRAIGNMENTS

Thursday,December 6

Dean F. Archer, 51, of 6 Marion Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest and with assault and battery with a deadly weapon in Plymouth.

Shane P. Sullivan, 22, of 4046 Overlook Drive, St. Petersburg, Fla., charged as a fugitive from justice in Plymouth, held without bail.

Holly Vages, 33, addressed restricted, charged with operating a motor vehcle while under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding and with leaving the scene of property damage in Plymouth.

Michael S. Campbell, 42, of 6 Marion Drive, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth.

Friday,December 7

Nico G. Pina, 20, of 210 Main Street B, Carver, charged with shoplifting by asportation merchandise valued at more than $100 and as a person under the age of 21 in possession of alcohol in Plymouth.

James F. Hoban III, 32, of 7 Sole Road, Plymouth, charged with malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250 in Kingston.

Nicole Burlone, 20, of 31 ocean Avenue, Halifax, charged with  shoplifting by asportation merchandise valued at more than $100 and as a person under the age of 21 in possession of alcohol in Plymouth.


DISPOSITIONS


Thursday,December 6

Kevin Cahoon, 30, of 4 Squire Way, Plymouth, charged with larceny of property valued at more than $250 and with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in the nighttime for a felony in Plymouth; dismissed, failure to prosecute.

Alexander J. Cole, 23, of 200 Cae Way, Quincy, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth; dismissed on payment of $150 restitution.

Scott R. Shirley, 50, of Filmore Street, Plymouth, charged with indecent assault and battery on a child in Plymouth; sentenced to two years in the House of Correction one year to serve balance suspended until December 6, 2022 and ordered to pay $90 in court fees and $65 a month in probation fees.

Fabian Williams, 39, of 15 Forest Avenue, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon in Plymouth; dismissed on payment of $150 in court fees.

Michael B. Desmond, 62, of 62 Winthrop Road, Plymouth, charged with violating a protection order in Plymouth; continued without a finding until December 6, 2013, ordered to remain in treatment, submit to drug and alcohol screening, attend three AA meetings a week, pay $60 in court fees and pay $65 a month in probation fees.

Friday,December 7

Thomas J Hagan, 37, of 33B Cherry Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth; dismissed.

Joseph D. Romano, 30, of 2 Columbus Road, Plymouth charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $250, larceny and with malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250; continued without a finding until December 6, 2013 and ordered to pay $100 restitution and submit to drug and alcohol screens.
