Mirbeau en Musique returns to Henri-Marie at Mirbeau Inn & Spa with Christmas with Sinatra

Henri-Marie at Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills, located at 35 Landmark Drive in Plymouth, Massachusetts, is pleased to present Christmas with Sinatra, part of the Inn’s popular Mirbeau en Musique series, on Friday, December 18th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner from Executive Chef Stephen Coe, featuring an elegant twist on classic Italian dishes inspired by the legendary crooner’s heritage, alongside the holiday musical stylings of Sinatra-tribute singer Michael Dutra.

Dinner seatings for the 90-minute show are available at 6:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.

The evening begins with a complimentary glass of champagne, followed by a choice of first courses, including Stuffed Peppers with micro basil and stewed tomatoes; Dan Puglia’s Famous Meatballs with tomato love and basil kisses; pan-fried Taleggio Cheese with tomato concassé, dehydrated basil, and aged balsamic; local Butternut Squash Soup with foie gras and pumpkin seeds; and Crispy Chicken Livers with ciabatta, tomato, and raisin jam.

Entrée selections include housemade Gnocchi with local mushrooms, butternut squash, crispy sage, and a brown butter vinaigrette; Mirbeau’s Chicken Marsala with oyster mushroom risotto; Lobster Fra Diavolo in a spicy tomato broth with housemade pasta; Eggplant Parmesan Napoleon with mushroom gnocchi and tomato fondue; and Grilled Steak Peperonata with crushed Yukon potatoes and arugula.

Dinner concludes with a choice of Tiramisu, Lemon Ricotta Cake, Sorbet or Gelato.
