Old Colony Elder Services Appoints New Contracts Manager

Joelle Bellotti, a resident of Braintree, MA, has been promoted to Contracts Manager at Old Colony Elder Services (OCES), the non-profit agency proudly serving older adults and individuals with disabilities throughout greater Plymouth County and surrounding communities.

In her role as Contracts Manager at OCES, Bellotti will oversee more than 80 service provider contracts. She will also be responsible for audits with providers, and handle any issues that may arise on a daily basis between providers, OCES’ Staff and Consumers.

Bellotti worked as a Case Manager at OCES for a year. She was then promoted to Home Care Supervisor, a position she held for the year and a half prior to her recent promotion to Contracts Manager.

Bellotti holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. She is a native of Abington, MA and graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School.
