Randall E. Silva, 33, 33 Sleepy Hallow Drive, charged with assault and battery on Sleepy Hollow Drive at 5:49 p.m., Dec. 2.

 Kenneth L. Laytin, 62, 56 South Meadow Road, charged with assault and battery on South Meadow Road at 7:49 p.m., Dec. 2.

Jade Jamal Finley, 25, Algonquin Terrace, Apt. 2, charged with aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery at 11:55 p.m., Dec. 2.

Matthew Harold McCreary, 31, 549 Long Pond Road, charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle on Plymouth Rock Terrace at 2:15 a.m., Dec. 3.

Kevin C. Ferreira, 20, 33 Mount Pleasant St., charged with shoplifting by asportation on Colony Place at 6:03 p.m., Dec. 3.

Michael A. Holmes, 22, 41 C Knoll View Road, Buzzards Bay, charged with shoplifting by asportation, and possession of a class B substance on Colony Place at 6:34 p.m., Dec. 3.

Chanel M. Williams, 21, 1 Algonquin Terrace, Apt. B26, arrested on a warrant charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration on Colony Place at 7:29 p.m., Dec. 3.
