Paul J. Lodge Jr., 30 Dunham Road, charged with violating marked lanes, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and OUI liquor (fourth offense) on South Meadow Road at 5:15 p.m., Nov. 11.
Charlotte M. Odier, 21, 54 Onion Hill Road, Duxbury, charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor on Federal Furnace Road at 2:46 a.m., Nov. 12.
Scott J. Duro, 25, 57 Stafford St. Apt. E, charged with attempted murder, witness intimidation, and assault and battery on Stafford Street at 9:21 a.m., Nov. 12.

Carl F. Bergstrom, 47, 306 Long Pond Road, charged with OUI liquor (second offense) and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation on Court Street at 8:08 p.m., Nov. 12.
Kenneth P. Barrows Jr., 7 Bayberry Road, Bourne, charged with possession of a class E substance, driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), and no inspection sticker on Bourne Road at 6:34 p.m., Nov. 13.
