Plymouth Boston Marathon Runners: Results, Winners
Laurie Cass was the fastest Plymouth runner in the 2017 Boston Marathon with a time of 3:16:35.

BOSTON, MA — The 2017 Boston Marathon Monday featured more than 30,000 runners and 23 of them are from Plymouth. Laurie Cass, 43, was the fastest Plymouth runner with a time of 3 hours, 16 minutes and 35 seconds. Overall, Kenyan Geoffrey Kirui won the men's race with a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 37 seconds. Fellow Kenyan Edna Kiplagat won the women's race with a time of 2 hours, 21 minutes and 53 seconds. Both were running the Boston Marathon for the first time.
