Effie Ann Lee of Weymouth was at Lottery headquarters on March 1 to claim her prize from the Feb. 22 drawing. Lee matched the first five winning numbers on her quick pick ticket to win her prize. Lee told Lottery officials that she'll be splitting the prize with a friend. The winning ticket was purchased at Tobacco Treasures III in North Quincy.
