QUINCY, MA — A Brockton man has been summonsed to court following a crash Tuesday morning in North Quincy. Michael Perry, 29, was charged negligent driving and a marked lanes violation, <a href="http://www.patriotledger.com/news/20161214/driver-charged-in-wrong-way-crash-in-north-quincy" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Patriot Ledger.</a> He was not arrested. Police say Perry was allegedly driving when his vehicle jumped the median strip and crashed head-on into another vehicle.
