QUINCY, MA — A Quincy man charged with murder will get a new date for his next court appearance.

Paul J. Fahey, 43, was scheduled to be in Norfolk Superior Court Thursday for a non-evidentiary hearing on a motion to suppress evidence, but that has been moved to Nov. 13, according to the Patriot Ledger.

Fahey faces a first-degree murder for the 2015 death of Keith W. Boudreau. In March 2015, he allegedly attacked Boudreau inside the former Home Ice Sports Bar.
