In accordance with Governor Charles D. Bakers March 10, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 20, the City Council of the City of Quincy will be convening a Public Hearing via remote conferencing services on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm to for the Aggregation Plan for Quincy Community Electricity Council Order 2020-164 – Order – Municipal Aggregation currently pending in the Community Engagement Committee of the Quincy City Council.

Any person wishing to comment in writing can do so via email to electricity@quincyma.gov or by regular first-class mail addressed to the City of Quincy, Energy Manager at 58 Saville Ave, Quincy, MA 02169. Written comment must be received prior to noon on December 7th to be entered into the record.

A copy of this order and the Aggregation Plan for Quincy Community Electricity is available for public review and comment from November 9, 2020 to December 7, 2020.
