Quincy Officer Arrested After Standoff Held Without Bail
Keith Wilbur was arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Taunton District Court on a charge of assault with intent to murder.

TAUNTON, MA — A Quincy police officer that barricaded himself inside his Raynham home appeared in court Tuesday afternoon.
Keith Wilbur was arraigned in Taunton District Court on a charge of assault with intent to murder. He was ordered held without pending a hearing Friday.
Monday night, Wilbur barricaded himself inside his home and led to a standoff with police that included shots fired from the home. During a 3-hour phone call, Wilbur told police that he had "lots of guns and ammo" and warned officers to be ready if they entered his basement. At times during the first two hours, Wilbur talked about committing suicide by cop, according to a police report.
