Woman Gets 3 Years for Killing Quincy Woman in Drunken Hit-and-Run

A Maine woman found guilty of killing a Quincy woman while drunk will spend time in prison.
Carolyn Lee of York, Maine was during a hearing in York County Superior Court to eight years in prison for manslaughter, with all but three years suspended, according to Seacoast Online. She also received three additional three-year prison sentences, to be served concurrently, for aggravated operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.
She also received four years probation, must complete 200 hours of community service, a fine of $7,100, and a license suspension of 10 years.

Last year, Emily Zarnoch, 23, of Quincy, was killed when she was struck by Lee while walking along a street in Maine, according to police. Lee was drunk at the time of the incident.
