Regenerative Medicine of Raynham helps adults explore nonsurgical options for knee, hip, shoulder, back, nerve, and other musculoskeletal concerns. The practice was established in 2019, but its roots in the local community extend back more than 30 years through the clinical work of its founder, Dr. Brian Petrie, DC.

Dr. Petrie’s interest in regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and healthy aging is also personal. Over the years, injuries from dirt biking, snowboarding, and a motor vehicle accident began to accumulate. As he grew older, he noticed that some of those previous injuries were catching up with him and that recovering from newer injuries was taking longer. This experience led him to investigate more advanced approaches to healing, musculoskeletal recovery, and maintaining an active life with age.

That experience continues to shape the practice’s philosophy. Our goal is not to sell a procedure—it is to understand the individual, identify factors that may be interfering with recovery, and help each patient make an informed decision about which options may be appropriate.

Care begins with a thorough evaluation and review of the patient’s health history, previous treatment, imaging, current function, and personal goals. Depending on the findings and clinical candidacy, recommendations may include regenerative medicine procedures, knee or spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, PEMF, rehabilitation, or metabolic and functional-medicine support.

Our collaborative clinical team includes Dr. Petrie, who brings more than 30 years of experience in chiropractic care, musculoskeletal health, and functional medicine; Melissa Teixeira Palmer, DNP, NP-C, who provides medical evaluation and procedures within her professional scope; and Medical Director David Cunningham, MD, who provides medical oversight, protocol review, and clinical consultation. Each clinician practices within the scope of their professional license.

We emphasize careful patient selection, honest recommendations, patient education, and measurable follow-up. With their consent, participating patients may complete standardized questionnaires through an observational outcomes registry operating under IRB oversight. This helps us track meaningful changes in pain, function, and quality of life over time and have more informed conversations about each patient’s progress.
