Teen Nerf War

With the Ides of March (March 15th) behind us and as we begin to thaw out of winter (hopefully), welcome in the spring season with a classic Nerf war! Open to grades 6-9.

Date: Saturday, March 21st
Time: 230-5pm
Location: Burbank YMCA gymnasium

Please bring your own Nerf guns and bullets. Only bullets composed of foam or a similar soft material are permitted. The Y is not responsible for lost or damaged Nerf guns or ammo. It will be wise to identify what you bring with tape or a marker. Snacks and extra bullets will be provided, not Nerf guns.

Fee: $15 for members and $30 for nonmembers
Registration: at the Welcome Desk or online by Wednesday, March 18th, nonmembers please complete teen program application packet if have not already

Teen fitness classes

Have fun! Be fit! Try something new!

Check out these group exercise classes! If the class reads “teens”, it is specifically for teens. If not, it is a regular group exercise class that teens usually like. Teen classes end with the session on April 18th. Unless noted, these classes are open to ages 12 and up. Appropriate behavior is expected.

Mon – *Teen Weight Lifting (13-16 yrs.): 315-415pm
Mon – Zumba: 630-730pm
Tue – Teen Tabata: 3-345pm
Tue – Barre and Tone: 730-830pm
Wed – Teen Boxing: 330-430pm
Thu – *Teen Rowing: 3-4pm (NEW!!!)
Thu – *Teen Weight Lifting (13-16 yrs.): 3-4pm
Thu – *Teen Sports Conditioning (11-15 yrs.): 4-5pm
Fri – Teen Group Cycle: 330-430pm
Sat – *Kids Boot Camp (9-12 years): 11am-12pm
Sat – *Teen Rowing: 11am-12pm (NEW!!!)
Sat – *Sports Conditioning (11-15 years): 12-1pm

*Fee required, all other classes are open to members only
