Christopher's In Reading Satisfies Breakfast, Lunch Cravings

If you’re looking for a great breakfast nearby, you probably want to check out Christopher’s at 580 Main St. in Reading.
Christopher’s has been declared the “Best Breakfast” in the Reader’s Choice Awards for a number of years with a breakfast menu that includes new twists on old favorites. From steak and eggs to apple strudel French toast, Christopher’s offers something to suit most tastes.
Christopher’s has been in business for more than 25 years, and its Main Street location offers a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. Owners Bill and Laurie Cushing boast that the restaurant makes just about everything in-house in small, fresh batches, and that includes sauces, gravies and soups.

If you’re not interested in breakfast, Christopher’s also offers a solid lunch that has been well-reviewed. The lunch menu includes salads and wraps as well as more indulgent choices such as fish and chips or chicken pie.
Situated less than half a mile from the Reading Train Station, Christopher’s makes an ideal stop before a trip into Boston.

But, if you’re set on getting a meal at Christopher’s, you’ll have to go before 2 p.m. Its owners have kept a tight focus on the breakfast and lunch crowd and don't serve dinner.
