Governor Baker signs Senator Jason Lewis's Tobacco 21 Bill

Law will put Massachusetts at the forefront of preventing youth addiction to tobacco and nicotine products.

Senator Jason Lewis looked on with pride as Governor Charlie Baker signed into law the tobacco legislation that the senator has long championed as Senate Chair of the Committee on Public Health. Senator Lewis remarked that this law will put Massachusetts at the forefront of preventing youth addiction to tobacco and nicotine products, in order to improve health, save lives, and reduce healthcare costs.
