Tickets Scarce for Harry Potter Movie in Reading
Theater management expects customers to come in costume for opening night.

Reading residents may notice an unusual number of, well, unusual people this weekend.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the first half of the last installment of the franchise debuts at the IMAX theater at on Walker's Brook Drive at midnight Thursday, and management expects colorful characters to show up in full costume.
If you haven't gotten your tickets yet, don't bother. They're gone, as are tickets for five of the six showings on Saturday, and all four showings on Sunday. Even the movie's first showing on Monday has sold out.

But, if you still want to see this installment of the fantasy epic in its opening weekend, you still have options.
Tickets still remain for an 8 a.m. showing Saturday, as well as the 8 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. showings on Friday.

Beyond that, if you can't set aside three hours during the week, your best bet may be to get tickets for next weekend. And get them now. Right now.
Thanksgiving weekend tends to be a period of high-volume for movie theaters, and it's likely that some of those muggles and wizards that turn out for opening night will go again the following weekend.
