Judith O'Hare Shares her Passion for Puppetry

Reading resident and award-winning puppeteer Judith O'Hare presented her puppets and work at the Reading Library.

Reading resident and award-winning puppeteer presented her work through slides on Monday night at the .

She outlined the special learning power that puppets hold over children, referring to instances when mute children began speaking after being introduced to the art of puppetry.  

This teacher, puppeteer,  administrator, parent and grandparent described her work with special needs kids and the power of puppets as "giving voice to the voiceless."
