Lewis Pays Visit To YWCA Afterschool Program

Senator Jason Lewis successfully secured funding in the recent state budget for YWCA organizations in Massachusetts, and he recently visited the Malden YWCA Afterschool Program at the Ferryway School.

"It was wonderful to have Senator Lewis visit the Ferryway School to see our programs in action," said Peg Crowe, Executive Director of the Malden YWCA. "Because of Senator Lewis's leadership in standing up for women and girls, not only in his own district but across the state, thousands of women, girls and families will have access to programs that promote leadership development, youth violence prevention, and economic self-sufficiency."
