Reading Cooperative Bank Employee John Ivas Promoted to Assistant Branch Manager

Reading, MA - Reading Cooperative Bank is proud to announce the recent promotion of John Ivas to Assistant Branch Manager at the Bank’s main office, 180 Haven St. in Downtown Reading. As Assistant Branch Manager, Ivas will be responsible for an array of duties including sales, service, operational efficiency and much more. He will be working under longtime Branch Manager Sandy Convery.

“We are excited to welcome John to the Reading branch and are fortunate to add such a hard-working and dedicated employee to our staff. He was very effective in his role as Retail Operations and Training Coordinator and cannot wait to see what he is capable as Assistant Branch Manager,” says Sandy Convery, Reading Branch Manager.

In his previous role as Retail Operations and Training Coordinator, Ivas was responsible for recommending and implementing retail operational processes, collecting data related to sales, training new and existing employees and much more.
