Reading Cooperative Bank Welcomes Teresa Cunha as Vice President-Branch Administrator

Reading, MA - Reading Cooperative Bank (RCB) is pleased to announce the recent addition of Teresa Cunha as Vice President – Branch Administrator to the management team. In her role, Cunha is responsible for managing sales and service efforts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, assisting branch staff, and developing policies and procedures for retail.

“I am thrilled to be joining the RCB team and have the opportunity to work and mentor such wonderful people within the branch network. I hope my skill sets and years of industry knowledge will assist RCB in developing itself for the next generation of banking,” says Cunha.

Cunha graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, and earned a Master’s of Science degree in Management from Lesley University. While at Boston College, she worked as a teller at Medford Bank which marked the beginning of her career in banking.

Cunha comes to RCB with extensive experience in the banking industry, including time spent as Vice President and Branch Administrator of First Ipswich Bank in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Not only does she have experience within the industry, she also has a proven record of achieving results and contributing to a financial institution’s growth and success.
