Reading Prop 2 1/2 Voting Results
On Tuesday, voters decided on the much-discussed Prop 2 1/2.

READING, MA – The fate of the much-discussed Prop 2 1/2 override was decided Tuesday in a Reading Special Election.
Residents voted against passing the override, which would have resulted in a $7.5 million tax increase.
Here's a look at the unofficial results, courtesy of the Reading town clerk.

Total Votes - 6,888
The town clerk's office said 36.9% of registered voters cast ballots. Every precinct voted against passing the override.
