At Fitness Within we have never turned down anyone and we never will. Our personal training department specializes in absolutely everything. We put the personal back in personal training. We provide high levels of personal attention, motivation, and accountability. We are focused on you, your needs both physically and emotionally, along with your nutrition, maximizing your results in a safe and effective manner. We offer all this in a private setting. It doesn’t matter what type of health condition you may have, what your current condition is, or what your goals are, we make you our top priority and will make you successful.
Fitness and Yoga classes at Fitness Within offers much more than an opportunity to strengthen and stretch. In a space that is free from judgment, students can build heat, strength, or mindfulness in classes taught by positive and well-seasoned certified personal trainers or yoga instructors. No matter your fitness levels, we have a class for you!
Body Sculpt
Designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. This class helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting your metabolism.
Healthy Eating
A nutrition class that will teach you everything you need to know about eating healthy. Learn to calculate your calories and design your own meal plans. We take occasional trips to local markets to learn how to shop smart, break down food labels, and shop healthy for you and your loved ones. This class will be held the first Saturday of each month.
H.I.I.T.
Melt that fat off your body with this high intensity interval training class designed to burn maximum amount of fat with the least amount of equipment.
Piladio
Taking all the benefits of Pilates and adding in the calorie blasting effect of cardio. Emphasis is placed on the core to balance out the muscle groups in the midsection while keeping your heart rate in a fat burning zone the entire workout.
Six Pack Attack
Attack your abs in this intense workout designed to shape and tone the midsection. Focusing on your abs and oblique’s in a circuit style training class we will strengthen and tone them in a fun and effective workout.
Weekend Warrior Boot Camp
Weekend boot camp class structured in a military manner that combines cardio, strength training, pylometric, and muscular endurance to help you reach your fitness goals. This class will help you become a well-rounded athlete.
Early Bird Boot Camp
A fast paced boot camp class that combines cardio and resistance training. This class will help you become faster, stronger, and more fit all while putting the fun back in fitness.
Sunday Stretch
Stretching is a vital part of any exercise routine as it gives your muscles the ability to lengthen, to expand and restore after exercise; help with posture; circulation; decreases muscle soreness and tension; increases range of motion and flexibility; reduces risk of injury and helps improve respiratory function.
Community Yoga
This is a smooth flow class that costs $5.00 as an offering to our community. Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners. This class is open to everyone every Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm to 1pm. Class is heated at instructor’s discretion. Drop-in only.
