Thank You, Reading Neighbors, For Visiting the Reading Patch
Reading Patch has come a long way, and you're a big reason why.

Thank you, Reading, for reading. That's the message here, after two years of being the Reading Patch reporter. Thank you, Reading Patch readers, for taking time in your busy days to spend a few moments with Patch. We appreciate your visits and contributions, and we want you to know we take nothing for granted here. Thank you for helping us to grow and thrive this year.
In August, Reading Patch recorded 63,448 page views. For a town of 27,000 people, that's a lot of readers. But in all honesty, it's not the numbers that motivate me. (Don't tell the bosses.) Patch uses a lot of analytics to judge its success, and in 2018 that makes sense. Newsletter growth, Facebook growth, calendar views, and other user data -- it's all good news in Reading. Patch is on your desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile and our app, and our visitors often access Patch on several devices over the month.

Got a news tip? Don't be a stranger. I'm Bob Holmes, your local editor. I live over on Gleason Road and my two kids are both RMHS grads. You might see me around at Reading events or meetings, so be sure to say hi. It will give me the opportunity to say thank you.
