Upcycling Workshop at Reading Public Library

Turn your plastic trash into treasure and make your own wallet or pouch! Lou's Upcycling will lead this not-to-be missed teen workshop!

Turn your plastic trash into treasure! The Reading Public Library invites teens entering 6-12th grade to join Lou Leelyn from Lou’s Upcycles to learn how to turn plastic bags and wrappers into a fun and functional textile. Hurry and sign up! Limited spaces available and registration is required. If you’re interested in helping Lou collect bags, visit www.lousupcycles.com/donate-recycle-upcycle to see what bags are currently needed and bring them along to this program! For Teens grades 6-12 only. Registration required. This event is generously sponsored by Friends of Reading Public Library.
