Weekend Essentials: Teens go Wii for Holidays at the Library

The weekend also includes a student performance at Creative Arts.

This week's Weekend Essentials gives me a "When I was your age…" feeling—which I'm not completely comfortable with; I don't feel like I'm old enough for "when I was your age."

That being said, why didn't my hometown library have video games when I was a kid? Sure, the Wii is a relatively new invention, but I would have trundled down to the old Adams Library for some Sonic the Hedgehog on a Saturday afternoon.

Anyway, other highlights of the weekend include a vodka tasting at Busa Wine and Spirits (adults only, please) and a student performance night at Creative Arts.
