Windhover Center for the Performing Arts welcomes award-winning singer, saxophonist, flutist, actor, and storyteller Stan Strickland and his quartet to its outdoor stage for The American Songbook Re-Visited. Joined by Jorge Perez-Abella on drums, Jesse Williams on bass, and Kevin Barry on guitar, Strickland (also known as Rajahn) will perform on woodwinds, voice, and percussion in a vibrant program that reimagines beloved Broadway classics from the Great American Songbook alongside songs by contemporary masters such as Stevie Wonder and Bob Dylan, with a dose of blues woven in to the mix.
