BOSTON COMIC CON 4th ANNUAL PARADE & COSTUME CONTEST AT FANEUIL HALL MARKETPLACE

Dress up as your favorite superhero or comic book character at the Boston Comic Con/Faneuil Hall Marketplace Costume Parade and Contest

WHAT: Dress up as your favorite superhero or comic book character at the 4th annual Boston Comic Con/Faneuil Hall Marketplace Costume Parade and Contest at 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016. The contest is open to the public and will feature a costume parade around Quincy Market with prizes going to those with the best costumes. Boston Comic Con 2016 will be held August 12 to August 14 at the Seaport World Trade Center.

The contest and parade, hosted by Boston Comic Con cosplay impresario Pat Covey, will kick-off with a costume parade around Quincy Market, beginning and ending at the West End, followed by judging to determine the top three adult winners and a kids’ winner. The parade and contest are a preview of what’s in store at this year’s Boston Comic Con with its Kids’ Cosplay Contest on Friday, August 12 and its famed Annual Costume Contest on Sunday, August 14.
