Holidays in Roslindale!

Be a part of the holiday festivities in Roslindale this year! 

Join Roslindale Village Main Street and hundreds of neighbors to spread cheer and bring light to the dark winter months! This much-loved annual tradition always draws a crowd to enjoy the performances, crafts, holiday treats and, of course, Santa’s arrival in a firetruck.  This year will be no different, featuring a preview performance by BalletRox’s Urban Nutcracker, along with caroling by the Sacred Heart School choir and holiday tunes with the Blackstone Valley Brass Band.

Bring an ornament for the community tree or create one there, courtesy of the Roslindale Arts Alliance.  Free hot chocolate provided by the local Elks, treats from local bakeries and visits from Santa and the Sugar Plum Fairy fill out this annual community event.

This year’s Tree Lighting will also highlight Small Business Saturday, a national campaign by American Express and the National Trust Main Street Center to help spur business for neighborhood merchants nationwide.
