Cooperative Bank Celebrates Connie Carpenter's 28 Years of Customer Service

On Friday, Cooperative Bank celebrated Connie Carpenter, who is retiring after 28 years of working at the financial institution.  

Bank President Bill O'Neil presented Carpenter with a Gov. Deval Patrick-signed certification for her years of work.  

Carpenter a Roslindale resident, who raised her family in the neighborhood, said she was very fortunate and enlightened to work for the bank for 28 years. Her current title is Senior Customer Service Representative.

"TCB has been wonderful to me and I can't say enough good things about this place. So many good people and I have been privileged to work with them," said Carpenter. She added she's become good friends with some customers through the years.

Roslindale resident Marilyn LaRosa who attended the celebration, said she's been a client of TCB since she was a kid because people like Carpenter, and now is in her seventh decade of being a customer.
