About Julie Boyer Coaching

I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and author of the book Just Give Me Meaningful Work; Escape Your Exhausting Job and Start Making a Difference. I help women who are unhappy at work love their job again, so they can love their life again. Through my private coaching and programs, I helps clients free themselves from frustration, connect with and follow their true longing to make a difference, and learn to create the experience of work they've been wanting.

Client transformations have included:

>Leaving unfulfilling work to start a law practice, co-found an N.G.O. and become an international leader in the activist community, featured on CNN, CSPAN and asked to speak at the United Nations and Congress

>Going from stuck in a job with a limited future and a pattern of failed interviews to personally transforming from the inside out, then being approached to interview for their dream job (and successfully landing it).

>Awaking from a years-long depression to find their real purpose in life, accept their true calling, and going from doing "business-as-usual" as a consultant to leading from heart and higher purpose.

>Recovering from burnout as an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, learning boundaries and reconnecting to real motivations and purpose, to fully enjoy and excel at their job again.

My approach to coaching is informed by my coach training and experiential leadership training from Coaches Training Institute, as well as my advanced coach training through Lucid Living. I use these models in combination with my lived experience and intuition, and my previous life experience (and training) as an artist. I essentially teach clients 1) how to heal themselves through the stickiest stumbling blocks and 2) how to create the unique experience/life *they* want, even if there's no "road map" out there to follow.

I believe that successfully creating change for ourselves inevitably leads to change in the world as well. My mission is to awaken everyone longing for more fulfillment and satisfaction at work to the reality that change really is possible. A crisis of boredom and disillusionment- which can be a message from our soul urging us to grow- is the perfect place to start that change.

An author, coach, leader and artist, I live in Boston, regularly walking the nearby woods with my goofball puppy, Zoe.
