The Chefs’ Table Series featured recipe consultant and manager Tom Peters of Fairouz Restaurant who demonstrTES how to make the following favorite Middle Eastern dishes: chicken hashwee (chicken with rice stuffing) and Meat Fatayer. Tom blends a number of spices in both these dishes, an integral part of the recipe. Both Tom and co-host Joe Murphy provide some helpful cooking tips and techniques in this highly fun and educational cooking segment.
