Linear Retail Acquires Unleashed Building for $1.6M in Roslindale Village
Petco's New Unleashed Store at 745 South Street in Roslindale has been acquired by Linear Retail Properties, LLC
Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today, 10/5/2015 that it has acquired 745 South Street in Roslindale, MA, a 4,600 SF single-story retail property.
The property is located in downtown Roslindale Village and is leased to Unleashed, Petco’s urban store concept. Unleashed has similar product offerings to Petco, but is a smaller model created for urban markets. The store opened on September 17, 2015.
The property was purchased from Beck Realty Trust for $1,600,000. The buyer was represented in the transaction by Jonathan Aron of KeyPoint Partners.
