RCN to Give Away Pearl Jam Tickets at Radio 92.9 Annual EarthFest on May 21

RCN Boston leading provider of high speed internet, all-digital television and phone services, announced today that it is returning at a premiere sponsor for Radio 92.9’s annual EarthFest on Saturday, May 21, 2016. RCN will be giving away raffle tickets for a chance to win tickets to the sold out Pearl Jam concert at Fenway Park on August 7 to those who like or follow RCN on their social media pages. RCN will also host the VIP area at EarthFest.

This year’s lineup will feature performances by Fitz and the Tantrums, Joywave and The Strumbellas as well as an opening performance by the winner of the Radio 92.9 EarthFest Battle of the Bands. The festival will take place at the DCR Hatch Memorial Shell from 10:00 AM to 5:00PM.

“Sponsoring events such as EarthFest gives RCN the opportunity to show the communities we serve just how much we care,” said RCN Boston Vice President and General Manager Jeff Carlson. “We encourage everyone at EarthFest to come by for a chance to win tickets to Pearl Jam. All you have to do is like or follow one of our social media pages and you will be entered into the raffle.”

EarthFest is a free public event that showcases environmentally friendly products, groups and activities. Visitors of the RCN booth will have the opportunity to sign up for service and have the chance to win Pearl Jam tickets, promotional items and VIP passes. RCN’s signature summer Ice Cream Truck will also be loaded with free ice cream for everyone, while supplies last.
