A Roslindale family will soon receive a new home, thanks to local Habitat for Humanity volunteers.
Last month, a dozen employees from Bank of America (pictured) volunteered their day to help build the house, one of a number of days employees from the bank have worked on the project over the past several months.
The home is a three-story, three-bedroom townhouse for the family of five, including parents and their girls ages 5, 12 and 16. It is also one of six homes that Bank of America volunteers have helped to build in Roslindale recently, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.

This build event was just one of about 1,000 service projects worldwide that Bank of America employees participated in during April, during Bank of America’s dedicated “Global Service Month”.
